We don't drill, break or damage your lock or door frame to get you back inside. If the lock itself has failed rather than just the key, we'll quote a repair or rekey on the same visit rather than making you book a second one.

Common Questions
Will you damage my door to get me in?
No. We use picks, bypass tools and manipulation techniques designed for entry without damage. Drilling is a last resort, only with your agreement, and only when the lock itself has failed.
What if it's the middle of the night?
Emergency house lockouts are answered 24/7, including holidays — a technician picks up, not an answering service.
Can you also rekey while you're there?
Yes — if you'd like the lock rekeyed once you're back inside, it can usually be done in the same visit.
How fast can you arrive?
Typically 20–30 minutes in Vancouver, 15–20 minutes in Burnaby, depending on traffic and where our nearest technician already is.
Are you available nights and holidays?
Yes — 24/7/365, including Christmas and New Year's. Emergency calls are answered by a technician, not an answering service.
