1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Raven Locksmith website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Mobile Service Only
Raven Locksmith operates exclusively as a mobile service. All work is carried out at the customer's location; we do not accept walk-in clients at a public office.
3. Service Area
Coverage includes Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Surrey, and the surrounding Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
4. Pricing and Quotes
The price quoted is the price you pay — we do not add hidden fees or surprise charges after the job is complete. Emergency or after-hours calls may be quoted differently, which we'll always confirm before starting. Quotes are free with no obligation.
5. No Fix = No Pay Guarantee
If Raven Locksmith is unable to resolve your locksmith issue, you will not be charged for the service call, except where the delay or failure is caused by the customer or circumstances outside our control.
6. Pre-Existing Damage
Raven Locksmith is not liable for pre-existing damage to a lock, door or vehicle. Technicians attempt non-destructive entry first; any destructive method requires the customer's agreement beforehand.
7. Response Times
Estimated response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from traffic, weather, distance, or technician availability.
8. Senior Discount
A 10% discount on labour applies to customers 65 and over. The discount must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. It applies to labour only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
9. Proof of Ownership
For vehicle locksmith services, customers may be required to provide proof of vehicle ownership or identity before work begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
Raven Locksmith's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We carry full liability insurance and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms
Raven Locksmith reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revisions.
