What happens if you can't fix it?
No Fix = No Pay. If we can't resolve the issue, there's no call-out charge and no trip fee.
Do you offer a senior discount?
Yes — 10% off labour for customers 65+. Mention it when you book; it can't be applied after the fact.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed, bonded and insured in BC, with background-checked technicians.
